My expertise in commercial lending and consulting is fueled by a tremendous passion for real estate and finance. To some, it’s just a building or a house, but I enjoy and understand the nuances of real estate acquisition and development. I have financed hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate as a commercial lending professional over 13 years, which helped me master the mechanics of a banking system. Community, regional and national banks, and equity partners each have their intricacies. I’ve worked with them all and know what it takes to come together to move a deal across the finish line. After working for banks for years, I felt my skills were best used on the other side of the table, working alongside the client, without the bias towards a specific financial institution.
